Busy Busy Busy

Now that I have heard of the wonderful news of my daughter Lydia being married soon, I cannot help but plan a perfect wedding for her in my head. I want what is best for my daughter, especially since she is the first of my girls getting married. It's so wonderful! Perhaps Haye Park would be a perfect place to have her wedding, or perhaps the great house at Stoke. Everything is going through my mind! I wouldn't be so busy if my husband wasn't such a drag. He disagrees with everything I say, for he will hardly let Lydia have any new clothes! Who cares about money at this point; my first daughter is getting married for goodness sake!

  1. You blubbering old fool, how can you not realize that Lydia is making a huge mistake! Who cares if she is getting married, she disrespected you and your family, and all you are thinking about is yourself. I am sorry, but you must have more respect for yourself than that. please, woman, listen to your husband and daughters sometimes, for they have much better judgement than you.

  2. Caroline, why in the world would I EVER listen to you? All you have done for me is nothing, and all you ever do is tell how awful all my daughters are. I wouldn't be talking about my daughters not getting married because you yourself have not been eloped with anyone either. Watch what you say because you are such a hypocrite.

  3. I agree mother. Having a married daughter in the family is quite a blessing and joy! Your wish has finally come true. I just wish that the marriage between them would not be manipulated by money. There are many more men out there in the world, and I believe that Lydia could have done better than what she got. I do wish them the most happiness and love!
