Three Daughters Married!

Elizabeth, the daughter I never thought would be married, has just informed me that she will be eloping with the most charming Mr. Darcy. Oh, how everything has changed. Now, when she first told me, I couldn't help but not say anything, for it was the most absurd thing I have ever heard. But then I realized that Mr. Darcy is perfect for her! And what better a man to have in this family, for he was the one who paid for Lydia and Wickham's wedding. I couldn't find him to be any more charming. And not only that, But Elizabeth will be happy with him, and also, he is one of the richest men I have ever been acquainted with. What a lovely time the Bennet family is having! Three of my daughters are married. Wow.

Lady Catherine

Lady Catherine de Bourgh randomly visited our estate today, and I do not have a clue why. However, she treated my family with such disrespect while she refused to eat my prepared meal. It amuses me sometimes how high class some people thing they are, for if you come to my house and ask to dine, you should not complain about what I have prepared. Besides that fact, Lizzy and her seemed to have some conversation outside, but I do not know at all what it was about. Hopefully Lizzy didn't embarrass herself with her naive comments. As usual.

Scheming Schemes

I had the most perfect plan for dinner tonight while Bingley and Darcy were visiting. I worked so hard to get Jane and Mr. Bingley alone, for I even winked at my daughters, trying to allude to the fact that we should leave them in each other's presence. And look what happened! Jane and Mr. Bingley further confessed their love for each other, and will soon be getting married! Oh how lovely that is. ANOTHER DAUGHTER WILL BE MARRIED! Oh goodness, I cannot calm down!

Successful Dinner

The two gentleman, Mr. Darcy and Mr. Bingley, have both just dined with us on this fine evening. Everything seemed to go perfect! The food was magnificent, and it was much better than what we've previously had at the Lucas's. Jane did, too, look absolutely beautiful, for I have never seen her that glowing. Bingley must have been so impressed. I saw such a connection between the two that I could have sworn would have never come back. Everything is looking up it seems!

Criticism

Mr. Bingley and Mr. Darcy visited today to catch up on our family and what they have missed. I almost forgot what such a gentleman Mr. Bingley is, and I have almost forgiven him for what he did to Jane because it was all Mr. Darcy's fault. Mr. Bingley enjoyed my bragging about Lydia, and I could see he still had some affection for Jane. I do admit I was a bit rude to Mr. Darcy, but how could I not be? He ruined a marriage that would have been perfect, and Jane is so beautiful, so I don't know why he would do that. I seemed to have embarrassed Lizzy and I could not quite tell why, for she doesn't like Mr. Darcy. Or does she? Hmmmmm...

Visit From the Happy Couple

Lydia and Wickham visited today, and my excitement has flourished even more. It is amazing how well everything has been going lately, but I am still upset at Lydia for running off like she did, and I let her know how I felt about it. She replied that we shall come visit her often, and I agreed. Although Lydia finds no harm in what she has done, I am still extremely happy for her. Elizabeth believes Mr. Wickham doesn't like Lydia at all, but all I have to say is who cares? If Lydia hadn't married Wickham, we'd be a family of terrible social status, and who would want that?

Busy Busy Busy

Now that I have heard of the wonderful news of my daughter Lydia being married soon, I cannot help but plan a perfect wedding for her in my head. I want what is best for my daughter, especially since she is the first of my girls getting married. It's so wonderful! Perhaps Haye Park would be a perfect place to have her wedding, or perhaps the great house at Stoke. Everything is going through my mind! I wouldn't be so busy if my husband wasn't such a drag. He disagrees with everything I say, for he will hardly let Lydia have any new clothes! Who cares about money at this point; my first daughter is getting married for goodness sake!
