Home Sweet Home
Lizzy and Jane have returned! Our household feels like we are a family again. I have missed them so much, and I was glad to see that they came back all in one piece. Lydia seemed to be very happy at the return, for she went on and on about how they should be married, or should have brought home a man. I have to agree with Lydia, and I am quite grateful that she takes after me. Something that Lydia also explained to us that Wickham has become no longer interested in Miss King, so that means that young Lizzy may have a chance with another man! Oh how things have been turning out so well. Its great to have everyone home again

Dear Mother! It is so good to be home! Lizzie and I have missed you all so much. Don't worry mother about Lizzie and me still being unmarried; we both possess very likable qualities that any man would would be lucky to know. That is also excellent news that Wickman might no longer be interested in Miss King. Maybe it was a good thing that Lizzie regretted Darcy's proposal after all.
ReplyDeleteI am so glad to be home! Lady Catherine was so insistent on our staying another two weeks!
ReplyDeleteI am very happy to be home, Mother. It feels good to be with the family once again. Lydia does so happen to take after you. Whether it is a good thing or not, I cannot say. Concerning Mr.Wickham, I am not interested in him anymore. I have found out many awful things about him, and I wish not to see him again. I'll take you all the details later. Take care! xx
ReplyDeleteMaybe I shall visit if it is ok with you Mrs. Bennet. I feel as if I need to apologize to Jane. Also, I would enjoy talking to your husband about how a real man should act. I hope your family is doing well. We should all have dinner soon, good day.
ReplyDeletewow! mother I have never seen you quite this happy. How nice of you for when we got home to greet us with big bear hugs. I know I don't show it much, but I do love you. I just don't agree with you about men sometimes. I missed you too. It was time that Jane and I returned to the crazy household.
ReplyDeleteLydia is certainly right. Lizzy and Jane should have come home married. Jane should be with me. I hope I can visit in the future and apoligize to Jane and get her to say yes.
ReplyDeleteIt feels wonderful to be back at Longbourn. How I have longed to sleep in my own bed and smell your special dessert baking! The Gardiners were wonderful as usual. You are blessed to have such a compassionate brother who was smart enough to marry Mrs. Gardiner. Also, their kids will bring a smile to anyone's face!
